Do not Microwave or Boil, Heat in the oven or over the fire.
Not Dishwasher safe.
Rinse before freezing using household dish detergent. Freeze the ice gels for 2-3 hours in the freezer or heat in the hot water up to +60°C Max, it can retain the temperature for 6hours.
Caution: Do not Freeze below -18°C
