UAE National  Flag Day is celebrated symbolising the traditional values of unity and spirit of the nation. The National Flag Day is a reminiscence of the formation of the nation and its leaders, for their remarkable and sacrificial efforts in the formation of the nation. National Day is a significant festival in the UAE, upholding brotherhood and communal harmony. November 3rd is also significant as the anniversary of President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan's accession as President of the UAE.
